Our Leadership

Our Pastor, Rev. Mari Turner has served in ministry for 25 years in a variety of church settings.           She is a graduate of Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond, VA with a Master of Divinity and a    Master of Arts in Christian Education.  Mari and her husband Brett have two adult children.

Our congregation is led by the Session, made up of six Elders who are elected by the congregation for rotating 3-year terms of service.  Current members of the Session are Kyle Ansley, Dea Devereaux,  Margie Higgins, Roy Martin, Sarah Widencamp, and Clerk of Session Susan Reese.

Who We Are

Our congregation is “Compelled by God’s love to reach out wherever it takes us to serve.”  We are actively involved in serving the Dahlonega/Lumpkin County Community.

Our church family is made up of people from all walks of life and stages in their faith journey.  We welcome God’s children of all races, cultures, sexual orientations, gender identities, ages, abilities, and social statuses to come and be a part of our worship and ministry. 

We are a member church of the Northeast Georgia Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church (USA).
